I love avocados. I love that nice, mild creamy taste. I love the thick, luscious flesh, the kind that makes your tongue feel like it’s in heaven, but still light, nonetheless. I know this post is really random, but I’ve been craving for avocados but cannot have them, due to…reasons.
Anyway, here are 3 awesome ways to eat avocado!
- Avocado with honey (my favorite!)
Forget face masks, avocado with honey makes the perfect supper. This is in fact, my favorite way of eating avocado. Just some nice, fresh avocado, with a drizzle of honey. I personally think that avocado tastes best on its own, though sometimes it gets a teeny bit tasteless, so adding some fresh honey makes the taste just right!
2. Avocado salad
Another great and healthy way of eating avocado! This salad makes a great, and effortless starter. Slice the avocado, throw them into a mixing bowl with some salad greens, toss them with mustard vinaigrette, and they’re good to go!
3. Avocado and chicken sandwich
I fell in love with this dish during a school trip to England. It’s so simple, yet absolutely delicious. All you have to do is to toast two slices of bread, and fill them with roasted chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes and of course, avocado! The avocado complements the flavorful chicken perfectly, and makes the sandwich truly refreshing!
